The Director of Aire Valley Architects is RIBA qualified Architect Marc Taylor. Marc graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with BA Hons in Architectural Studies in 1998 before continuing his Architectural education at Leicester De Montfort University undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Architecture and graduating in 2002.

Full RIBA qualification was acquire in 2003 further to undertaking the Dipolma in Professional Practice.

 

Marc gained experience working as a project Architect at long established and prestigious practices including Studio BAAD, Nightingale Associates, Halliday Clarke, Rance Booth Smith before being appointed Associate at Healthcare Design Partnership and has managed project valued upto £10m.

 

In September 2010, Marc established Aire Valley Architects and commence his role of Director of the company. The approach to this venture was carefully considered and in difficult economic times and with a fledgling business, the marketing strategy focusing on smaller scale projects has help provide a foothold in the market place, implement business procedures and develop relationships in a sustainable manner. The ethos is to ensure a professional and appropriately resourced Architectural service with high quality design integrity is provided to Clients to provide a sound principles to develop the company further.

 

A review of progress of the first year’s activity indicates a successful implementation of the business, an increasing volume of projects, and scheme being delivered on site. Client feedback has been positive as evident in the kind words presented in the Testimonial section of the site and design or Architectural merit of works being delivered on site is evident in the photographs.
